Customers can call support on working business days between 8:00 – 17:00 Central European Time and 8:30am – 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time. For Starter and Software Plans, calls are available at an hourly cost.
Starting with an evaluation of the case via email or by phone, a Qualisys support member will use TeamViewer to securely access the customer’s computer remotely, or one recommended by the customer if unavailable.
An annual 2-hour remote session is held to review the system, including setup, settings, and integrations. A support member will help identify focus areas in advance. Customers are responsible for scheduling the session.
An annual remote training session is provided to expand users’ knowledge of key system features. Sessions are customized based on user’s suggestions and may last up to six hours. The customer is responsible for scheduling their session.
Customers are provided up to three replacement cameras during their agreement period, while their own is being repaired. Loaner models may differ from the original and exclude MRI, Underwater, and Protected cameras. Delivery can take up to two weeks.
Customers can request one of the replacement options listed below once per year. The customer is responsible for booking the replacements through Qualisys support. All markers must be replaced at once. Shipping is free!
The Extended Warranty Program offers customers additional coverage for their cameras, sync units, and accessories, including cables and power supplies, beyond the standard warranty period. This program is available for cameras up to 10 years old and must be purchased before the existing warranty expires. Computers, analog boards, and other external equipment are not included in the External Warranty Program. The extended warranty is available only in the US, EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and the UK.
Qualisys includes Student and Guest Licenses in its support plans, enabling academic institutions and project teams to extend their capabilities and foster a continuous learning and collaboration environment. These accounts are assigned by lab managers and have access to the same modules as the parent account. Student and guest licenses are non-transferable and come with a set time limit, automatically expiring after a specific duration determined by the lab manager (6, 12, or 24 months).
An Online Reporting Subscription is included with all plans. Starter and Software Plans include the Calqulus Engine and storage for up to 10 web reports. The Professional Plan offers storage for up to 100 reports and enhanced features, while the Extended Plan increases storage to 1,000 reports with advanced tools and functionalities. Customers can upgrade to their preferred online reporting subscription by purchasing it separately. For more details about Online Reporting Subscriptions, click here.
