Qualisys Software & Support Contract
The contract covers free unlimited technical support by e-mail or telephone, free downloads of QTM software upgrades, support on issues with all Qualisys hardware and upgrades on firmware. Qualisys’ undertaking does not include any installation or implementation services in connection with supply of patches, upgrades or new releases or any other services or cost, related to installation procedures or use of hardware or software.
To renew your contract, please contact support@qualisys.com to receive a complete contract. Your contract will be made active as soon as we have received payment. If you choose not to renew your contract, standard support tariffs will apply. For any questions, contact us by telephone or e-mail.
