Qualisys offers a wide variety of custom built solutions. We can build both custom hardware and software in order to integrate with your needs. Here are a few examples of current integrations.

Visual3D

Visual3D is an advanced analysis package for managing and reporting optical 3D data. Visual3D, together with Qualisys Motion Capture System, provide an advanced solution for biomechanical analysis. Visual3D has been tested in scientific and clinical labs worldwide and is the preferred solution for rigorous and accurate 3D motion analysis.

Matlab, Simulink and LabVIEW Plug-in

The interface enables the user to use a real-time stream of motion capture data. The Matlab interface is an easy way of retrieving and processing the data in real-time. For close-loop control systems or similar, Simulink or Labview is more suited for the task. All data types in QTM is available, which include unidentified 3D, identified 3D, 6DOF, analog data,force data unlinearized 2D and linearized 2D.

Open Sound Control

Qualisys Track Manager has native support for streaming data over Open Sound Control, which has become the de facto standard for communication between computers, sound synthesizers, and other multimedia devices. 3D, 6DOF and analog data can be packaged in OSC messages for transport over UDP/IP to OSC-aware software such as Max/MSP/Jitter.

MotionBuilder Plug-in

By using our plug-in it's possible to stream the mocap data in real-time directly into Autodesk® MotionBuilder® with minimal latency and independent of frame rate. This makes it possible to see the motion capture performance applied on a fully skinned character in real-time.

Analog devices

Any analog device which has an output voltage between ± 10 V can be connected to the analog board and can be captured together with the motion capture. We support the USB-2533 board from Measurement Computing.
